The first Humble Golf Club Tournament was held at Blue Rock Springs G.C., April 17, 1971. Jim McDonald won the first flight, Carl Orvis won the second flight, George McCloskey won the third, Gary Beckman won the fourth and Andy Pyburn took the fifth flight.

The second tournament was held at Chimney Rock G.C., May 22nd, the winners are unknown.

The third tournament was held June 10th, course unknown. Low gross winners for the first through the fifth flights were; Tommy Thompson, Don Scribner, Gary Beckman, Mickey Halverson and Jim Elliot. Low net winners for the first through the fifth flights were; Graham Barnes, Bob Simonson, George McCloskey, Bobby Campbell and Gil Castillo.

July 19th was the date of the fourth tournament, course unknown. Low net winners for the first through the third flights were; Rollin Podwys 62, Jim McDonald 65 and Mickey Halverson 67.

The first Winners Tournament was held at Blue Rock Springs G.C. on August 28th, 1971. Jim McDonald became the first Winners Tournament Champion. Second and third place finishers are unknown.
